ChaotiColor uses cellular automata to generate unique, colorful designs. This software creates patterns based on mathematical rules. You can use these patterns for fashion design, textile prints, or digital art projects. The software runs locally and requires no extra tools or complex setups.
You need a Windows computer to run this project. Ensure you have a standard web browser installed, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge. The software works as a local file, so you do not need an active internet connection to generate patterns once you download the files.
Follow these steps to set up the application on your Windows computer:
Once you extract the folder, open it on your computer. You will see several files. Look for a file named "index.html." Double-click this file to open it in your preferred web browser. The generative art interface will appear immediately.
The application provides three unique modes for generating art. You can interact with the settings to change color palettes and pattern density. Use the menu buttons to refresh the canvas or save your favorite designs. The browser renders the art using HTML5 Canvas, which keeps the process fast and smooth.
The patterns generated by ChaotiColor suit many purposes. You can export your designs for use on apparel, t-shirts, or textile products. Because these patterns rely on cellular automata, each design remains distinct and creates a unique visual experience.
If the page appears blank, refresh your browser tab. Ensure you enabled JavaScript, which is standard in all modern browsers. If you change a setting and want to restart the pattern, simply click the reset button located in the application toolbar.
